Monthly Training Programs

following  discussion with you to determine your needs I will put together a monthly training program that considers your lifestyle, current fitness level, and goals. 

Using the equipment you have and or the venues of your choosing I will help you to achieve your fitness goals.

Programs uploaded onto training peaks where you can view and log your workouts.  I will check your training logs twice a week to ensure you are staying on track!   I will be available for email and telephone support should you have any questions, concerns, or need changes to your program.
