Personal Training sessions can take place at a number of venues.  At memorial arena,  your home, outdoors, or at a fitness facility of your choosing.


fitness equipment for personal training sessions will be provided.  ie) TRX, balance ball, medicine ball, dumbbells, mat, Tubing.
