spin classes


Spin Classes start up Monday Oct 30!


These classes require you to bring your own bike and trainer.  All ability levels and bikes are welcome.  Classes will improve your cycling fitness using drill, aerobic, strength and power intervals.


Didsbury – Monday nights at Ross Ford Elementary 6:45pm to 8:15pm (90 minute class)

Session Dates-Monday Oct 30th to Monday Dec 18th (8  week session)

Fees- 8 week session $80 plus GST=$84

Flex passes:  5 for $65 plus GST=$68.25, 10 for $130 plus GST $136.50. 

Drop in $20  plus GST=$21

Things to bring:

1.      Bike

2.      Trainer

3.      Trainer block

4.      Bike Shoes

5.      Water / electrolyte drink

6.      TRAINER SKEWER!!!!!  Please make sure you have oneJ 

7.      Heart rate strap if you have one.

8.      I give a lot of cadence / RPM prescriptions at my indoor cycling workouts so if you don’t have a computer that measures cadence please consider getting one in the not too distant future. 

9.      Bring a snack for the way home. Odds are you’ll be hungry.

 

·         Please arrive early enough to get your bike set up and be ready to start for 6:45
