Swim bike bricks


Join coach Sharon for a fun monthly training session at the Olds Aquatic Center. 

Swim bike bricks start at 10:15am and run until 12:30pm.  The workouts consist of a combination of interval sets on the bike and long interval sets in the pool.  You will need to bring your bike, trainer, bike shoes, goggles/cap, a suit to ride and swim in and a couple towels.  Weather permitting will finish with a brick run.
